Is it possible to control nuclear energy? (1-20)

Submitted by on dimanche, 27 mars 2011No Comment

Dear Friends,

3 nuclear accidents: Three Mile Island, Chernobyl and Fukushima, 1979, 1986, 2011. CyberDodo the Defender of Life is offering you a world tournament until 10 April to help everyone have the opportunity to question the utilisation of nuclear energy.

Do we have the right to leave a heritage to future generations of radioactive elements which will remain dangerous for millions of years?

Nuclear power stations are often presented as clean energy producers because they do not release CO2. Both recent and older news shows that man does not know how to fully control the atom and that at the least a widespread free and honest debate should be organised so that each of us can understand the risks of using this type of energy.

In line with its edutainment approach, www.CyberDodo.org has produced an interactive dive into the hell of a nuclear accident – of course, this is in complete safety and without unnecessary anxiety – so that adults and children can reflect and forge their own opinions on this technology which has engaged humanity for a very long time…

Is this truly what we want? Are there not other resources we could use? Renewable energy, energy-saving, etc.

Contribute to this debate by inviting your children, friends, family, your children’s teachers, etc. to participate in this tournament. Our final thoughts go to the victims of the earthquake of 11 March…
